On September 5, the 9th China Valuable Real Estate Annual Conference was held in Shenzhen, hosted by a domestic mainstream financial media platform National Business Daily, in which the ranking list of China’s valuable real estate in 2019 was unveiled. It’s reported that the ranking list of China’s valuable real estate aims to make a fair and objective evaluation of real estate enterprises and projects and grant honors to outstanding enterprises and projects. The appraisal system of the ranking list ranks candidates based on their total scores, conducts a comprehensive evaluation of different aspects such as third-party data, market value of listed companies, activeness index, public opinions and social values, giving full consideration to the values of each real estate developer and providing effective indicators for regulating the values of the industry.
